That's right! It's that time of year. Fall is here! Which is nice and pretty for some, But you know what's coming next! We often find ourselves in full denial and so you ignore it, deny it and in just like that the snow is falling. Here are 10 signs, you or someone you know is clearly has the "End of Summer blues."
This time of year is always bittersweet -- we hate saying goodbye to the sunshine, but we love saying hello to warm soups, cuddles by the fireplace and crunchy leaves under our feet. Fear not. As the weather changes, so should our routines. Staying in tune with the seasons is key to being happy and healthy all year round.
Changes in temperature, humidity and how you spend your days will all contribute to a change in how your skin acts.
