Not so long ago, real estate agents and experts starting warning homeowners about the risks of having swimming pools in the backyard and how they can lower the value of the property. Thankfully, this has changed!
I recently had to repair a pathway along the side of my mother-in-laws house. Originally they tried to use large chunks of rock to define the garden bed and to allow for access to the side of the house. Unfortunately, the large chunks of stone all started to break down after a few harsh winters.

I have one child with another on the way in a few months, so it's important to me that my home is comfortable and inviting but also functional for a growing family.
