We've all taken a walk in nature and experienced the relaxing and often regenerating, healing impact it can have on us, right?
The differences between a peach and a nectarine can be a little fuzzy. After all, these two relatives of the almond taste very much alike. 10,000 steps a day is a trendy goal. We humans like big, round numbers like that. They feel right. But does taking 10,000 steps a day really have anything to do with good health?
