Five tips for anyone who wants to make it through these scorching summers.
If you or a person near you experience heat stress or the possibility of a heat stroke, call your emergency service. In the meantime, move yourself or the one you're helping to a shady or air-conditioned place and, if necessary, remove excess clothing. If available, use ice or cold water to lower the body temperature.
