There is nothing on the outside that would suggest that otherwise normal, busy mothers secretly experience LBL or light bladder leakage. Although not the case for everyone, these symptoms commonly arise following the birth of a baby. Even more commonly, women manage the symptoms in silence.
As a personal trainer, I get a lot of emails from new moms asking me how to lose the weight, how to exercise from home, how to stay motivated and how to maximize their time. I've finally devised a plan for these moms that will solve the four biggest fitness obstacles that new moms face.
We've all heard the saying "It takes a village to raise a child," yet some of us don't understand the full meaning until we have children of our own. Rather than criticize each other for the parenting decisions we've made, let's start to look at ways we can support one another. After all, we're all mothers with a common goal -- raising healthy and happy children.
