Thomson International, a California Company, has expanded its recall of red, yellow, white and sweet yellow onions.
Symptoms include diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach cramps.
18 people have been hospitalized.
Other Janes products were recalled in the fall of last year.
The uncooked breaded chicken pieces were sold in 1.6 kg packages with a best before date of July 19, 2019 .
That includes kits from Hello Fresh and Chefs Plate.
The CFIA says there have been reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products
Check your freezers.
The infections are mostly reported in western Canada.
