LOL at the Queen.
Last Thursday changed the way many of us foreigners here feel about the U.K. It doesn't feel like home here anymore.It's definitely not the same warm and welcoming place I came to so many years ago. And even more perplexing -- and wounding -- I am questioning if I really ever knew this place I love and idealize.
Just call her the green screen queen.
Different cities have remarkable different sounds that can help tell the story of their place. So let's all take a deep breath and be reminded that the sounds around us are as much a part of our cityscape as the green space and architectural wonders.
The official report on yesterday's top-level meeting concerning treaties signed between the Crown and and First Nations has been released. The first matter before the meeting, according to the sources, was this week's decision by the United Nations to offer peacekeeping troops to help contain and put down the First Nations' uprising, known as the Red Brigades.
It was disgusting, disgraceful and despicable to say the least to see the photoes of the naked prince which went viral online and around the world. If that is how members of the royal family behave, then Canadians would be far better to operate the vehicle themselves without anyone else telling them what to do.
