Another Islamism related terror attack has killed 12 people in Paris.

How many more? Is there any end to it, particularly in the western world?

There is no answer to such questions.

However, many Islam apologetics jump on the floor to defend Islam on one hand and few so-called anti-Islamists get another chance to release their forever-ready rhetoric against Islamists on the other hand.

Islam apologists emphasize that Islam doesn't condone violence. Anti-Islamist Muslims also say the similar phrase but blame western governments and liberal democracies for their leniency to not tighten Islamist organizations.

However, none of the sides present any solutions to this complex issue.

Islam apologists' are invalidated with news that the Saudi state flogged Raif Badawi 50 times outside a mosque in the Red Sea city of Jeddah after today's Friday prayers. The flogging will be carried out weekly, sources say.

Raif Badawi, the co-founder of a now banned website called the Liberal Saudi Network, was arrested in 2012. He has been sentenced to 1,000 lashes and 10 years and a fine of 1 million riyals ($266,000).

The Saudi regime is doing exactly same what murderers of Charlie Hebdo massacre did.

In our recent history, Iran is the pioneer of this violent mindset. The regime issued a death fatwa against Salman Rushdie in 1989.

Ironically, the acts of both Sunni and Shia Islamic regimes are different than the acts of Prophet Muhammad himself.

Legend goes that old woman used to throw garbage on Prophet Muhammad daily. But he always smiled back and never showed any anger or annoyance.

One day, she was sick and she couldn't throw garbage on him. Prophet Muhammad knocked on her door and prayed for her health.

This Islamic story reveals Prophet Muhammad's affinity for freedom of expression.

Today's Muslims are generally so intolerant towards caricatures of the Prophet or any insensitive commentary about Islam.

If Prophet Muhammad was alive he would have laughed seeing his caricatures.

But his soul must be sad now watching Muslims' general intolerance, backwardness and Jihadi mindset on each and every issue.

Today, Muslims' incompatibility towards every new sensibility has made them a joke, even in the west.

Now, it's a duty of western Muslim organizations to educate Muslims about modern standards of Freedom of Press, blunt styles of satire and other new evolving norms towards individual freedoms and liberties.

Unfortunately, major Muslim organizations are not up to this task.

They are still trapped by the medieval traditional Islamic mindset. They needed to bring some revolutionary changes to their structures.

Western law enforcement institutions (not just political governments) needed to go beyond their political correctness attitude. They should engage traditional Islamic organizations and should deliver a strong message to them that they have to embrace evolving realities of modern times.

Also, small size media attention seekers and so-called anti-Islamist groups needed to go beyond their petty interests. Their call to alienate millions of Muslims from society would not work anyway.
