These Olympic Athletes Deserve Gold For Their Style Game

These Olympic athletes certainly are finely-tuned machines, but that doesn't mean they don't put considerable thought and effort into how they present themselves outside of the games, as well! So, without further ado, here are 10 of the most stylish male athletes from the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Sitting down to watch the 2016 Rio Olympics, you probably thought that the athletes were living and breathing their sport, their training and their diets, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They have to be, right? I mean... did you see Michael Phelps smash his own world record?

These athletes certainly are finely-tuned machines, but that doesn't mean they don't also put considerable thought and effort into how they present themselves outside of the games! So, without further ado, here are 10 of the most stylish male athletes from the Rio 2016 Olympics:

Nathan Adrian has certainly impressed during these Olympic games, winning two bronze medals (in the men's 50m and 100m freestyle), and two gold medals (in the men's 4x100m freestyle relay and 4x100m medley relay). Along with U.S. teammates Michael Phelps, Ryan Lochte and Cody Miller, he's even set a new Olympic record with a time of 3:27.95. When he's not working the pool, he's working the runway as the newest menswear ambassador and guest editor for Tommy Hilfiger.

We'd be foolish not to include this basketball superstar on our list. Not only has Kevin Durant won an Olympic gold, he's also a proud recipient of the NBA's Most Valuable Player Award, and has four NBA scoring titles under his belt. When he's off the court, he's not off the clock -- Durant is always camera-ready, so it comes as no surprise that he's known as one of the world's most fashionable athletes! He's been featured in GQ, and definitely knows how to rock a suit!

This Canadian sprinter has been catching a lot of attention in Rio. Andre De Grasse landed Bronze in the men's 100m, coming just behind Justin Gatlin and Usain Bolt, who he has seemingly started an adorable bromance with that people can't get enough of! We're sure to see more incredible athleticism from De Grasse for years to come, but can we take a second to talk about how great his sense of style is? Whether he's showing off his national pride and "reppin'" the 416, or hitting the red carpet in a custom tailored blazer with black and white kicks, De Grasse hits the mark every time.

At only 22 years old, Cameron McEvoy was already a familiar face at the Olympics, having competed in the 2012 London Games. This year in Rio, McEvoy took home two bronze medals and has certainly set himself up to be a world class athlete to keep an eye on -- and not just for his talents in the pool, but for his unique and impressive fashion choices! McEvoy is the current face of Myer Menswear, and we must say, you're looking real sharp, Cameron!

Alex Hua Tian is an equestrian from China -- actually, he's the only Olympic equestrian from China, and has made a name for himself by competing internationally from the age of 18. Hua Tian suits the equestrian look so well, we wondered if he got involved with the sport just for his love of fashion! He didn't take home any medals this year in Rio, but he's sure to have designers' heads turning with his tailored suaveness.

This British diver got his start at only seven years old. Now 21, Jack Laugher succeeded in defeating his competition in Rio to take home gold in the men's synchronized 3m springboard, as well as silver in the men's 3m springboard. We had to include Laugher on our list, because he seems to know exactly how to put himself together -- something we wish we could say about ourselves at his age! Whether he's kicking back casually, or showing off a perfectly tailored suit and tie, Laugher appears confident, comfortable and expertly styled!

We hope you tuned in to catch Oscar Figueroa win gold in the men's Weightlifting 62kg class this year, because this Olympian has officially retired from the sport! Figueroa has led an impressive career, but hopefully this change means we'll be seeing more of him in other avenues... perhaps modelling for Calvin Klein or Ralph Lauren? Come on... check out how he rocks this classic polo!

Professional soccer player, Neymar Da Silva played for his native Brazil this year, picking up a glorious gold. Da Silva carries himself just as well off the field as he does on, looking sleek and primed for any occasion. Check out this snap of Da Silva showing off his classy yet hipster style!

What can we say? Basketball players know what's up in the style department. An Australian native, this Cleveland Cavalier took the 2016 NBA championship title earlier this year, and has played his way to a Rio gold, alongside U.S. teammate, Kevin Durant. Kyrie Irving, 23, plays to win and dresses to impress, whether he's all suited up, or casually cool, sporting his Skullcandy headphones!

Max Whitlock definitely cleaned up in Rio! The 23-year-old gymnast secured two gold medals (in men's pommel horse and floor exercise), and one bronze (in the individual all-around), surely making Britain proud. Having modelled for Paul Smith, Whitlock is no stranger to finding the perfect suit for any occasion, and looking damn good doing it!

How could we not include the most decorated Olympian of all time? He has swam his way to an astounding 28 medals, of which 23 are gold. On top of all of his accomplishments, Michael Phelps has a smile that could melt your heart, and an impeccably crisp style that will get it racing (pun intended)!
