Our favourite socialite has definitely had her highs and her lows, but Paris Hilton pulls this one-shoulder dress off well. Showing one shoulder is perfect for holiday parties because the look isn't as risque as wearing a strapless. Hilton balances the look by wearing an opposing side ponytail.

Paris Hilton attends the Maybach and MOCA celebration of Art Basel Miami Beach at Raleigh Hotel on November 30, 2011, in Miami Beach, Florida.
