Canadian Beliebers are all hot and bothered now that Justin Bieber is coming back to town.
The pop star is returning to Toronto to tape an exclusive holiday special for MuchMusic and CTV. 'MuchMusic Presents Justin Bieber: Home for the Holidays' is the perfect way to celebrate the fast-approaching yuletide season, as Biebs performs hits from his Christmas album, 'Under the Mistletoe,' his favourite covers, and, of course, the not-so-festive but equally cheerful "Baby."
"The holidays are a very special time of the year for me and I'm looking forward to coming home and ringing them in with my friends and family," said Bieber in a press release.
After Bieber tweeted his return to Canada last week, which was then retweeted hundreds of times over, many wondered if his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, will be joining him. But the real question is, will Mariah Carey show up to sing their duet, "All I Want for Christmas?"
The 30-minute acoustic set will be shot in Toronto, but more details about the location and tickets for the taping will be announced in the coming weeks. Fans have a chance to experience the magical Bieber experience; the channel is flying a winner and a guest to see the "secret" show. (Check out more details before the contest closes on Monday, Dec. 19.)
All proceeds from the concert will benefit Justin's BELIEVE charity drive. His performance will not only satiate his most avid fans, but he's also giving back through his charity. Way to get into the holiday spirit, Biebs.
