Bet you can't peel the skin off in one piece! Challenge accepted. Clementine oranges are such a fun part of the holidays -- once those crates show up at the grocery you know the holidays are here. Crack one open and its citrusy fragrance will help you feel refreshed even in the most harried of times. The best part: finding one in the toe of your stocking on Christmas morning.
