Toronto police officer Johnathon Blair has been charged with committing an indecent act.
While details have not been released, police told reporters the constable committed the act in early February, “while looking into a nearby apartment window.”
He stands charged with mischief, interfering with property and indecent acts.
The Globe and Mail reports Blair has served with Toronto Police Services for five years. In addition, the officer was off-duty at the time of the alleged offence.
Blair, who is not related to Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair, is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue W. on April 10.
