Ke$ha Replaces Hair With Metal Studs

We get the desire of celebrities to go a little to far when it comes to fashion -- shock value keeps them in the spotlight and, in Hollywood, it's better to be talked about for anything than not talked about at all.

But, um, the latest move by pop star Ke$ha is a bit ridiculous.

The 24-year-old has forgone her blonde locks, replacing them with metal studs. Yes. Metal. Studs. The singer Tweeted a photo of her new look to the world the other day.

No word on how long these studs last -- or if they're permanent. But call us conservative, this isn't a look we'd add to our sartorial repertoire. How about you?
