The real list of Spring "must haves":

New dressy thong sandals, ah la Tory Burch.

Water proof flip flops, classic J. Crew.

Fabric and straw wedges or espadrilles, NOT leather.

A lightweight summer bag, fabric or straw, NOT leather.

Floral short sleeved cotton blouses in pretty colors, not black and royal blue.

A short flippy skirt or dress.

Sunglasses.

Cute crushable fabric hat for festivals and the beach.

New bikini or swimsuit

Cool bright cotton tunic to wear over bikini or as casual short dress.
