The Order of the Garter is Britain's oldest order of chivalry, and the last remaining honour to be given at the discretion of the sovereign. And to celebrate the occasion, Kate and Camilla were looking very matchy-matchy in their all-white ensembles and over-the-top hats. Could this white-out have been planned? Regardless, the royal ladies, with their nude heels and full-skirted dresses, looked effortless and happy as they laughed along on the sidelines.
