It's a moment we've all been waiting for: Ryan Gosling's red carpet appearance at TIFF.

Our favourite actor and resident Canadian babe, walked the red carpet in a chocolate brown suit for the premiere of his new film 'The Place Beyond The Pines'. Just ahead of him (jealousy alert!) was his current girlfriend and co-star Eva Mendes. She wore a stunning lace and sequin gown with a very on-trend updo.

Gosling's face looked perfect (duh) and his suit fit impeccably (double duh). We wanted to be yelling "If you're a bird, I'm a bird" from the crowd like the true fans we are.

Ry (we're just going to go ahead and call him that) is no stranger to TIFF, of course. Last year 'Drive' and 'The Ides of March' premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. Logically, we assume that means Sir Gosling loves being in his home and native land.
