The most commonly overheard (or overtweeted) comment this week in Toronto has to be: "Is this for real, or am I watching a TV movie?"
The entire country has been abuzz over the statements and behaviour of Toronto mayor Rob Ford, who revealed Tuesday that he smoked crack cocaine (but didn't specify when), and apologized profusely for "past mistakes."

He also expressed his desire to run for election again in October 2014, when Torontonians vote to elect their mayor.
