Rob Ford 'Murder' Rant Video Breaks The Internet (TWITTER)

A new video of a profane Rob Ford rant in which the Toronto mayor threatens to violently murder an unnamed individual has pretty much broken the Internet.

The footage was purchased by the Toronto Star and prompted a quick, but less than cogent, response from the mayor.

"The whole world is going to see it and I don't have a problem with that but it's extremely embarrassing," Ford told reporters. "I hope none of you will ever or have ever have been in that state. I was extremely, extremely inebriated."

The video and statement have prompted a Twitter firestorm of rage, humour, sadness and, believe it or not, support for Ford remaining mayor. Check out the best Tweets so far below.
