If it sells for the current asking price of $10 million, a luxurious penthouse condo in Calgary's Beltline neighbourhood will smash real estate records.
The 6,000-square-foot condo, located at the top of the Keynote building near downtown Calgary, comes with two master bedroom suites, a fully equipped luxury kitchen, a dining room, great room, media room, three guest bathrooms, a large office and boardroom space and two private roof top patios. (Whew!)
The master bathroom features a jetted tub with double-sided fireplace that faces the tub and bedroom area. And if a hot bubble bath doesn't warm you up you can grab your towel from one of the two bedroom's warming drawers.
The condo also features its own direct elevator access, three underground parking stalls, a 70-inch LED television and dining table that seats 22 people.

According to Hansen Land Brokers, the property, which sits on the 26th floor of the building, comes with everything - right down the cutlery - and features all custom-made furniture and art.
Perhaps the most stunning detail, however, is the magnificent view of Calgary's skyline, including the Calgary Tower and Bow Tower. Two private rooftop patios, with plenty of seating space at 350-square-feet, offer a 360-degree view of the cityscape and come with a fire pit and barbecue.
Currently the highest price ever fetched for a condo in Calgary was a 5,600-square-foot condo that sold for $8.99 million in the spring of 2012.
