Taylor Swift might be thisclose to being the next princess!
The "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer rubbed shoulders with none other than Prince William (and probably countless other royals) at the Winter Whites Gala in Kensington Palace on Tuesday, looking every inch like the heir apparent to Kate Middleton. (Coincidentally, Swift penned a song with the lyrics, "You’ll be the prince and I’ll be the princess." Hmmm.)
Swifty channeled her inner royal in a winter white Reem Acra off-the-shoulder gown which featured a stunning silver-embellished nude bodice and a long, flowing chiffon skirt that made it look as if she were walking on a (very expensive) cloud.
To offset her dreamy outfit, Tay went Old Hollywood with her hair, which was styled in old-school curls and pushed to the side in a beautiful chignon. And rather than dazzle the crowd with jewels, Harry Styles' ex kept her bling to a minimum and accessorized with Swarovski crystal heels, a bright magenta lip and a Jenny Packham clutch (a favourite designer of Kate's.)
Unfortunately, the AMA-winner couldn't share her styling tips with the Duchess of Cambridge, who appeared to be skipping out on the black tie event, presumably to take care of her wee one, Prince George.
