** Warning: Spoilers Ahead! **
Winter is settling in across the country, and all we're craving is a nice warm fire to sit by. That, and another season of British drama "Downton Abbey," which is starting up on Sunday, January 5 at 9 p.m. EST on PBS.
After the shocking Season 3 finale, many "Downton" fans were reeling at the death of major character Matthew. How will Lady Crawley survive? What will happen with Edith? What of the children?
Lots of these questions and more will be answered in Season 4 -- and there will also be additional questions added to the list, we're sure. As is expected, the Downton estate is in mourning this season, trying to come to terms with yet another death.
"Downton Abbey" has become a major hit for PBS, and is currently its top-rated show. Season 4 has finished airing in the United Kingdom, so now it's North America's turn. And yes, in case you're worried, "Downton" has already been renewed for a fifth season.
"Downton Abbey" Season 4 premieres on PBS on Sunday, January 5 at 9 p.m. EST.
