We would have thought that Lena Dunham was more of a pink undies type of gal but we were wrong!
The "Girls" star/creator shared intimate Instagram photos of herself this week posing in leopard-print underwear and a wool pink crop-top.
It's not what you're thinking: the Golden Globe winner wasn't engaging in some Paulina Gretzky type behaviour; in fact, the 27-year-old was doing a photo shoot for her upcoming book, "Not That Kind of Girl: A Young Woman Tells You What She's Learned."
Lena captioned the pic, "It's always a mythic day with @shirleykurata (regram from @officialautumndewilde)," in reference to photographer Autumn de Wilde and stylist Shirley Kurata.
In another photo, the Vogue cover girl lies on her bed with her dog Lamby wearing a cozy coral sweater and tan briefs. She captioned the pic, "Puppy Love- a cozy moment with @officialautumndewilde @rozbeauty @shirleykurata for #notthatkindofgirl author photo shoot."
"Bc serious authors need serious photos..." ran the caption beside the below photo:
The book comes out in October and Random House reportedly paid Lena $3.7 million for the publishing rights.
We can't wait to read it!
