Spotted at Vancouver's Fortune Sound Club during Halloween and again the night that Cyrus' Bangerz Tour opened in Vancouver, this local woman (whose name, according to Facebook, is Julia de Courcy) almost had us convinced that she was the twerking queen herself.

The resemblance is uncanny.
