We hear there's a fashion showdown happening over in China right now, but for us, it's no contest: Michelle Obama wins this round!
FLOTUS, who's on a week-long goodwill tour in China, sported a rose-cutout red dress on her second day in the country while meeting President Xi Jinping and his wife, Peng Liyuan.
The group (which included mom Marian Robinson and daughters Sasha and Malia) posed for photos together in front of the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, which abled us to compare MObama's style with China's First Lady, who looked regal in a black-and-floral overcoat and chic bouffant.
Obama must have carefully chosen what to wear overseas, and the fact that her dress is red is not a coincidence. According to Racked, red is "a colour that symbolizes happiness and good fortune in China."
With lucky red on her side, we can't wait to see what other stylish creations Michelle has in store for us!
