HootSuite Ad Playfully Channels 'Game Of Thrones'

WATCH: HootSuite Channels 'Game Of Thrones'

Vancouver-based social media management company HootSuite takes a cue from the hit TV drama "Game of Thrones" in a fun new ad that tells you to "unite your social kingdoms."

"A Game of Social Thrones" depicts some of the world's biggest social networking sites, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, as the kingdoms in a "Game of Thrones" world.

Published on Friday, the video takes after the HBO show's opening sequence.

"Just like at the start of the show, geometric buildings emerge section by section from a flat plane as you fly over them from above," reads a post on the company's blog.

"Each of the kingdoms has characteristics and features unique to the social network they represent, from Google’s YouTube coliseum to the big job market of LinkedIn."

HootSuite is a program that lets you manage all of your various social media accounts in one place.

This isn't the first time the company has used the popular show to spread its message. In June, an infographic inspired by "Game of Thrones" detailed the battles fought between the different social networks.

Fans are encouraged to share their thoughts about the video on, of course, social media, using the hashtag #gameofsocial. "Game of Thrones" season 4 premieres Sunday on HBO.
