Once upon a time, in the frantic, celebratory aftermath of Brazil's World Cup victory over Chile, an obnoxious fan found an unlucky TV journalist.

CityNews reporter Natalie Duddridge was filming her live report with some of the host nation's fans in Toronto after Saturday's phenomenal match — which saw Brazil defeat Chile 3-2 in penalty shootouts — and unfortunately ended up with the worst of them.

We won't tell you what the man said, but we can assure you that Duddridge's response after his lewd comment was as professional as it gets.

Here's hoping this man's vernacular doesn't come back in the form of bad karma for Brazil.
