Breakfast often poses a problem because it is (let's face it) the most boring meal of the day. And it's for that reason that you need something consistent that will fill you up, keep you healthy, and yes, be delicious at the same time.
In the video above, a standard recipe for green juice offers a simple solution for the daily morning meal, and it provides plenty of nutrients. While we don't advise adhering to a strictly juice diet, adding a juice into your day (especially when it provides you with this many vegetables) isn't a bad idea. And if it means making sure you eat a regular breakfast, all the better.
