Mexican dishes are made with fresh veggies, lots of corn and of course, that much-needed spicy kick. Toronto-based chef and owner of Mexican joint Playa Cabana Hacienda David Sidhu says people have a hard time saying both uncommon Mexican ingredients, as well as meals we've been eating for years. Like quesadilla, for example. Do you really pronounce the double "L's?"
