You've already been told how important it is to wear your SPF when you hit the beach or go out for a run, but did you ever consider wearing sunscreen for your morning commute?

If you spend a lot of time in your vehicle with the windows down and exposed arms, for example, dermatologist Dr. Sandra Lee of The Doctors says it may be time to start considering wearing sunscreen wherever you go.

While we have seen the extreme side effects of sun exposure with this 69-year-old trucker with severely damaged skin on the left side of his face, the video also points out how to change your driving routine to protect your skin. And no, your windows might not protect you.
