Ryan Lochte's 10,000 Calories Look Hefty (PHOTO)

This Is What A 10,000 Calorie Intake Looks Like

First, Ryan Lochte started taking attention away from Michael Phelps with his medal wins at the 2012 Summer Olympics.

Now, he's hogging the spotlight once again as he reveals his incredible dietary intake on social media.

Lochte tweeted a photo of himself sitting at a table as he prepared to consume 10,000 calories on Monday.

The swimmer looked positively ecstatic as he prepared to eat a meal that looked like chicken, asparagus and a massive helping of macaroni and cheese.

And he's hardly the first Olympian to go public with his unique intake. Phelps said six years ago that he was told to eat 8,000 to 10,000 calories per day, though estimates went as high as 12,000, CNN reported.

This seems like a lot to eat. But when you're doing laps in the pool all the time, you're sure to burn a lot more than regular people!
