It's hard to top a stunning Giambattista Valli floral dress but Amal Alamuddin blew us all away—again.
On Monday, the human rights barrister wore a chic cream pantsuit and matching wide-brimmed hat to her and husband George Clooney's civil ceremony in Venice.
The stylish couple boated up Venice's Grand Canal to Ca'Farsetti, a 14th-century palazzo that houses Venice's town hall, where they held the short and sweet ceremony. After leaving the building, the Clooneys held hands and kissed. When asked how it felt to be hitched, Clooney, who looked dapper in a grey suit, said "Nice!" while his bride concurred, saying "Amazing!"
Although we don't know (yet) what Amal's wedding dress looked like, fans were treated to a veritable fashion show in the days leading up to the big event. On Friday morning, the 36-year-old sported a black-and-white striped Dolce & Gabbana dress.
At the rehearsal dinner that night, Mrs. Clooney sported a gorgeous red Alexander McQueen frock that showed off her slim legs.
Finally the morning after the wedding, Amal sported a showstopping lace Giambattista Valli number that featured a bell skirt and floral appliqués.
George Clooney's a lucky guy!
