Miss Canada's National Costume Is Nuts

What is going on here? On Wednesday night, the Miss Universe pageant held its 'National Costume' round and it was a doozy.

We saw the usual national stereotypes on display but we think Miss Universe Canada, Chanel Beckenlehner, deserves two minutes in the penalty box for this costume:

Stanley Cup 'tiara'? Check.

Hockey stick wings? Yep.

Goal twine mini-skirt? Oui.

Elbow pads? Of course!

Looks like somebody's been taking fashion cues from Don Cherry.
