A teenager who was shot several times drove himself to the hospital in Surrey, B.C., according to police.
Surrey RCMP were called to the 13000 block of 73rd Avenue on Sunday night for reports of shots fired. Officers found multiple shell casings and broken vehicle glass at the scene, reported The Vancouver Sun.
About 15 minutes later, a 17-year-old male arrived at the Surrey Memorial Hospital, said RCMP in a news release. He was transferred to Royal Columbian Hospital where he's in serious but stable condition, and is expected to survive.
A minivan with shot-out windows and blood on the driver's seat was towed from outside the hospital, reported CTV News. The Sun reported that the teen was driving a minivan.
