It's a veggie with superfood status, part of the continued hipster craze and the reason why you're seeing so many green smoothies at the office. It's kale and it's delicious.
The leafy green — which has 199 per cent of your daily intake of vitamin A and 200 per cent of your daily intake of vitamin C — is full of calcium, vitamin B-6, and iron.
