Laverne Cox's Time 100 Gala Dress Brings On The Glamour

On Wednesday, Laverne Cox attended the Time 100 Gala to celebrate the magazine's list (and annual issue) of the world's most influential people, and she looked drop dead gorgeous (no surprise there).

The 30-year-old "Orange Is The New Black" star and Time honouree donned a teal floor-length gown by Marc Bouwer, complete with a small train. The form-fitting number featured a shimmery fabric with a subtle print, which made the actress look like a beautiful, magical mermaid.

Laverne, who recently posed nude for Allure magazine, accessorized her ensemble with a black clutch and a simple bangle. Her hair was left down and wavy, and dark rimmed eyes and berry lips completed the look.
