Americans are angry about the racist remarks Donald Trump made during his presidential campaign announcement in June.
In his speech, he called the Mexican people coming into the United States criminals, drug-dealers and rapists, although Trump assured his audience that “some of them are good people.”
He has since been fired from NBC and several businesses have severed their ties with him after making the remarks, but he continues to stand by his words.
People quickly took to Twitter to express their feelings towards this new presidential candidate, and it seems like there's a fair amount of disagreement — for which we are very grateful.
