Just when Ariana Grande thought she could leave her doughnut licking days behind her, turns out she still may be on the hook.

The pop singer was caught on camera last week licking and spitting on doughnuts at Wolfee Donuts in Lake Elsinore, California, TMZ reports. Earlier today, several publications have reported that the 22-year-old singer would not face criminal charges.

However, during an interview with Toronto radio station Kiss 92.5's Roz & Mocha show on Tuesday, the store owner Joe Marin says he did in fact press charges against the "One Last Time" singer the day after the incident.

“I think she should be [charged],” he told the station. “If it was one of us or a regular customer, they would do something about it.”

Marin says Grande licked two doughnuts and spit on another two. The artist was also taped saying "I hate Americans" and "I hate America."

After the incident went viral, the singer released an apology, noting the video was taken out of context and childhood obesity in America frustrates her.

Listen to the full interview with Marin below and let us know, should she be charged?
