Environment Canada confirmed that a tornado touched down in Manitoba Saturday afternoon, according to several reports. CTV news said the weather event happened near Winnipeg Beach on Lake Winnipeg.
No damages or injuries were reported. Footage was captured however, by onlookers, including Melanie Groen, who filmed the astonishing moment shown above.
