In the video above by Health.com, celebrity yoga and Pilates instructor Kristin McGee shows us four easy ways to tone up and naturally lift your butt. Through squats, lunges and working out your legs, these four moves should be treated as a stepping stone for a firmer butt.
But remember, focusing solely on your butt and over-training isn't the way to go either — experts say your body needs time to repair and grow muscles in the glutes. And like any kind of workout, eating a healthy diet is just as important.
