Like belly fat, thighs are another "problem area" that can be difficult to tone.
In the video above by "The Drs," celebrity personal trainer Drake Abshire shows us moves that target the quads, inner thighs and glutes — because remember, you can't just work out one area of your body. With variations on lunges and squats, each move is designed to help tone and strengthen the thigh area.
Of course, doing these moves a couple of times a week won't get you results right away. Like any workout, pairing it with a healthy diet, a good amount of sleep and general healthy living is your best bet to get stronger thighs.
