Prince George is only two years old, but fans of the royal toddler have already begun to speculate what he’ll look like when he’s grown.
Using new age-progression technology, scientists at the University of Bradford in England have predicted what Kate Middleton and Prince William’s son will look like at age 7, 20, 40 and 60. If their forecast is correct, it looks like Prince George is set to become one dashing young man!
Here he is at age 40:
According to Hassan Ugail, a Visual Computing professor and leader of the study, the software uses an algorithm to analyze facial features combined with hereditary data.
"So we take these roughly 30 to 40 facial features ... [and] we map it into the machine and then we produce the age," he explained to Reuters. "So what we've done in the case of George, we've taken his picture and then we've actually taken facial features and then aged him."
The scientists claim that the progression software is 80 per cent accurate, making it more precise than any other technology in existence.
