Rihanna Proves She's A Boss By Launching Styling And Beauty Agency, Fr8me

#BOSS.

With her forthcoming studio album "ANTI" on the horizon, an upcoming movie role alongside Cara Delevingne in the works and a creative director position at PUMA in full swing, you would think Rihanna would need to slow down. But you're wrong. To expand her ever growing resume, the singer is getting ready to launch her own styling, hair and makeup agency called Fr8me.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bad Gal Riri has non-nonchalantly started up the agency with managing partner Benoit Demouy. Based in Los Angeles, the firm will assist artists in booking editorial shoots, ad campaigns, commercials and red carpet appearances.

"Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity," Rihanna told THR. "I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do."

And the 27-year-old already has her Fr8me squad in order. The talented staff consists of Rihanna's makeup artist Mylah Morales, wardrobe stylist Jason Bolden (who is responsible for Taraji P. Henson's jaw-dropping looks) and celebrity hair stylists Marcia Hamilton and Patricia Morales (who works with the likes of Evan Rachel Wood and Fergie).

Fr8me's Instagram, which has been up and running for 12 weeks now, shows the agency has already styled some major names including Ruby Rose, Gabrielle Union, Kendall Jenner and RiRi herself.

"We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me," the Barbados native adds. "But I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!"

And it doesn't end there for the businesswoman. The "BBHMM" artist has also launched a photo agency is conjunction with Fr8me called A Dog Ate My Homework, which reps photographers Erik Asla and Deborah Anderson.

So what's the goal here? To "have a stellar reputation," says Demouy. "The industry's changed so much — rates have gone down, and clients just grab images off social media, trying to bypass paying artists. But we're concerned with social media, too — we'll take a makeup artist with 500,000 followers over someone else."

Rihanna, you are a boss.
