As we inch towards the end of the year, it's only fitting for brides-to-be to look ahead to the best wedding dress trends of 2016.
In the video above, Jessica Mulroney of Kleinfeld Hudson's Bay outlines what you might be seeing on ladies walking down the aisle in Canada next year.
Looking for a gown that can take you from ceremony to reception? Try the transformer dress, which has a removable overskirt so you can dance the night away.
Planning on a winter wedding? Opt for a long-sleeve dress à la Kate Middleton.
And one of the most popular styles? Anything sexy, apparently.
Fathers are having "panic attacks" with the kinds of dresses that are being made now, said Mulroney, who was in Vancouver for a high-end bridal show.
Kleinfeld, best known from the TLC reality show "Say Yes To The Dress," opened its flagship Toronto store in the spring of 2014 but many Canadian brides think they still have to trek to New York City for the designer dresses.
Mulroney pointed out brides in this country can take advantage of the low Canadian dollar and shop in their own backyard. Kleinfeld is even offering a VIP package for travellers from Vancouver: if a bride finds a dress at the Toronto store, it will pay for her hotel stay in Toronto.
