When it comes to eating for your brain, we all know the Mediterranean Diet is where it's at. But if fish and olive oil aren't to your liking, it might help to know there are other options out there.

And they aren't all dark leafy greens and fish filled with omega-3s — according to the chart, which rounds up findings from numerous medical journals, dark chocolate and red wine aren't a bad option either.
And the reason these two seemingly unhealthy foods make the list, might actually be due to a common ingredient.
