If you're like most Canadians, chances are you start your day with a cup of coffee followed by one or two more throughout the day. But just because you drink it daily doesn't mean you're drinking it correctly.

While more research is still required to verify that coffee is helping improve the body's health, Cornell University professor Tom Brenna says the good news is that "there is no evidence whatsoever for negative health consequences in the general population and if anything, the signal was in another direction. It seems to be protective."
