When it comes to the family kitchen, statistics show women are still the masters of home cookery, but once you venture outside of the home, the food industry becomes quite male-dominated.

From kitchen lines filled with male cooks to food companies run by men, being a female leader in an industry run by men is no easy feat — but it's not impossible either.
