Iskra Lawrence just took one Instagram hater to the school of "don't mess with me."

The Aerie un-airbrushed model took to Instagram over the weekend to share a post dedicated to "anyone who has ever been called FAT."

In the staged "American Beauty"-style photo, the 24-year-old model, who has made headlines recently for becoming a "champion of body diversity," lies on the floor in her bra and underwear surrounded by packets of crisps (a.k.a chips).

"Thanks for the inspirational words on a recent pic @zseanzbrown 👇'Fat cow. It's only cus every F****r on this planet is obese that that's the norm... Plus-size models? give me a F*****g breaking. Everyone needs to stop eating McDonald's, the NHS is f****d because of people like her eating too many bags of crisps.' Opinions are like arseholes - everyone's got one🙌 thanks to the dream team for making this happen at work today," she wrote on the photo that has over 66,200 likes.

And that image wasn't the end of Iskra's takedown. She continued by sharing a video of herself eating the chips in slow motion.

✨😝Had to make a #slow-mo too😂...This is for anyone who has ever been called FAT. Thanks for the inspirational words on a recent pic @zseanzbrown 👇🏼 "Fat cow. I will eat crisps but I'll also make healthy home cooked meals and workout regularly. The message is who gives a F what anyone else thinks of you. YOU are the only one who decides yourself worth✨ And sorry I'm usually not rude or give anyone the finger but these online trolls smdh 😂😂😂 #iskralawrence #everyBODYisbeautiful

Now that's how you fight against Insta-trolls!

As a teen, Lawrence was often told she was "too big" by modelling agencies, yet "not big enough" for plus-modelling auditions. This has led her to caption each of her Instagram posts with body positive comments that are hashtagged with #everyBODYisbeautiful to promote self-love and acceptance.

✨💙 its impossible to represent everyone, as a model I feel I have a responsibility to do my best & keep it real. We are all human, those "flaws" society told us we have aren't "flaws" at all but our individual beautiful markings. You won't see me promoting tea detoxs or anything that I don't actually use or wear or believe in. I am NOT an Instagram model and do not earn a living off it. I post because I hope to grow my platform to share my experiences and hopefully help other girls that are going through what I went through. Thank you So much to all of you who support me I appreciate every single one of you...Any hate I receive does not affect me because I now know beauty is more than skin deep and we are all more than our bodies and I hope that anyone who's struggling out there can believe their self worth is NOT based on other peoples or societies opinion of beauty. That you are beautiful because you are YOU🙌🏻✨💕 also forget to mention I made 5 vids for @shape_magazine about body confidence workout & what I eat if you wanna check em out👆🏼link is in my bio👆🏼 #iskralawrence #everyBODYisbeautiful
