Prince William has long been looking forward to the Kaziranga visit. He is the president of United for Wildlife, an organization founded by Prince Harry, Will and Kate to put an end to the illegal wildlife trade.

Over the past four days, the royal couple have rubbed shoulders with Bollywood royalty, played cricket with the pros and met their biggest fan, not to mention many local children.

Like most parents, the royal couple confessed to missing their two kids early into their trip. While the Duchess joked that Prince George is "too naughty" and would "be running all over the place," she expressed a desire to bring both he and Charlotte to India in the future, Hello magazine reports.

The pair's next destination is the Buddhist Kingdom of Bhutan, where they will spend two days in the company of King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Queen Jetsun Pema.
