It's official: Gigi Hadid is an American Vogue cover girl.
The 21-year-old model of the moment has finally landed the cover of the esteemed glossy, posing alongside Olympic gold medalist, Ashton Eaton.
The image, photographed by Mario Testino, sees the face of Maybelline wearing a Versace dress with netted detailing on the front, while Eaton sports his Olympic uniform by Nike. The accompanying shoot features Hadid in an array of athletic-inspired frocks and sneaker heels from Fenty Puma x Rihanna.
Gigi, an avid swimmer, volleyball player and equestrian, proudly shared the cover on Instagram, calling it "an ultimate dream come true."
"I am beyond humbled. Shooting my first American @voguemagazine cover, in my hometown, was so surreal," she captioned the photo on Instagram. "I couldn't think of a cover I'd rather be on than the one celebrating athletes. Being an athlete has brought so much pride and joy to my life and has instilled the work ethic that still drives me every day."
